Select the quote that serves you best and deposit funds into your account to be used for payment later.
- How do I select the best translator?Quotes will include usueful information such as price, expected completion time and the translators experience. Choose the combination of cost, speed and experience that suit you best.
- What happens to my deposit?When you select a locked balance quote, you are asked to maintain an account balance equals to or higher than the quote value until the work is complete. The deposit won't be paid to the translator until you choose to do so.
- Can I contact translators directly?Absolutely, you can contact translators directly before selecting one and during the translation process.


Receive Translation
Once your document translation is ready the translator you've selected will send it to you.
- How long will the translation take?We pride ourselves on service speed. All quotes include an expected completion time. Generally, most standard documents translation takes 1 day.
- Can I track the translation progress?Translation tracking sets us apart from traditional translation agencies. The translation progress and mail tracking is always within reach through your order tracking updates on the website.
- Will I receive hardcopies?Yes, if you need them. When you request quotes, you will be asked to provide the number of hardcopies you need, if any.
Translation Payment
Confirm work has been completed and pay the translator when you are 100% satisfied.
- What if I am not satisfied?Translators are always happy to help. Contact the translator first and if you can't reach an agreement, you can use our Dispute Resolution Service.
- Can I use the Dispute Resolution Service?The Dispute Resolution Service is free of charge and available for all transactions made using Locked Balance Payments.
- What will happen if I don't pay?If you don't pay or start a dispute, payment will be automatically made to the translator 14 days after receiving the translation.
